1. Who we are
Analytica Trading (the “Service”) is operated by Analytica FZE, a company in the United Arab Emirates. Contact: info@analytica-data.ai.
2. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old.
3. Information only
The Service provides general market information and model-generated analysis for educational purposes only. It is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice and is not a solicitation to buy or sell any security. The Risk Disclaimer forms part of these Terms.
4. Your account
Keep your login details confidential and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that misuse the Service, attempt to break its security, or scrape it at scale.
5. Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer, overload, resell or redistribute the Service or its data, and do not use it for any unlawful purpose.
6. Availability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Features, data sources and availability may change or be interrupted without notice.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Analytica FZE is not liable for any loss or damage, including trading or investment losses, arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, models and content belong to Analytica FZE or its licensors. Your own notes and trade journal entries remain yours.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
