Who is responsible
Analytica FZE is responsible for personal data processed through Analytica Trading. Contact: info@analytica-data.ai.
What we collect
Account data: your email address, optional name and a securely hashed password. Content you create: watchlists, trade marks, notes, paper trades and settings. Technical data: IP address and basic request logs used for security and rate limiting. We do not collect payment details.
Why we use it
To provide and secure your account, send sign-in codes and service emails you asked for, keep the Service running and prevent abuse. We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for advertising.
Service providers
We use a small number of processors to run the Service: cloud hosting (Hetzner), transactional email (Resend), and market-data providers, which receive stock symbols only, never your personal data.
Cookies
We use a single essential session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Retention and your rights
We keep your data while your account is active. You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data at any time by emailing info@analytica-data.ai; we respond within 30 days, in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
Security
Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes, connections are encrypted with HTTPS, and sign-in attempts are rate limited.
